Discover Fu Ning: Singapore’s Oriental Maritime Gem at Raffles Marina Step aboard Fu Ning, a majestic three-storey Chinese sailing ship berthed near the iconic Raffles Marina Lighthouse. Built between 2015 and 2019 using traditional watertight-bulkhead techniques from Fujian, China, Fu Ning is a floating tribute to centuries of maritime heritage and the legendary voyages of Admiral Zheng He. Recognised under UNESCO’s List of Intangible Cultural Heritage in Need of Urgent Safeguarding, Fu Ning offers more than history — it promises unforgettable experiences with panoramic coastal views and golden sunsets over the marina.
The event “Runway on the Waves” is a unique Fashion & Networking Night set to take place aboard the largest Chinese wooden sailing vessel, Fu Ning. Scheduled for August 24, 2025, the evening will begin at 4:30 PM at Raffles Marina, 10 Tuas West Dr, Singapore. With a ticket price of $60, attendees will enjoy an elegant fashion showcase and valuable networking opportunities, all while cruising on a historic and majestic ship.
