Event Photography Terms and Conditions

Ownership of Photographs: All photographs taken during event by Shiv Kamdar Events by attendees, participants, or third parties are the exclusive property of  Shiv Kamdar Events.

Right to Use:  Shiv Kamdar Events retains the right to use, publish, or distribute any photographs taken during the event for promotional, commercial, or any other purposes without further permission or compensation.

Photography Consent: By attending events organised by  Shiv Kamdar Events, participants grant  Shiv Kamdar Events the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs in which they may be included, for editorial, trade, advertising, social media, or any other purpose and in any manner and medium.

No Compensation: Attendees acknowledge that participation in the event does not entitle them to any compensation for the use of their likeness or photographs in any materials.
